Fees:
We charge a platform fee of 5% of the funds raised, plus payment processing fees charged by our payment processor. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with your campaign.
Intellectual Property:
You retain all rights to your intellectual property, including your project and campaign materials. By using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your project and campaign materials for the purposes of promoting our platform and your campaign.
Prohibited Activities:
You may not use our platform to:
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
